This isn't really an easter picture, but i thought it was pretty funny!!! Lucy could be the next annie oakley!!

Egg hunt

We had a fun easter egg hunt! Lots of fun things around here to hide eggs in: 4wheeler, plow truck, grater, etc....the kids are good hunters, we'll have to make it harder next year!! hopefully these pics are big enough so you can see them! :)

I thought the chickens were helarious.....they watched the kids EVERY move....i think they thought those eggs were theirs!! :)

On a totally un-related note....here's our meat chickens!! Look how big they're getting....They are getting pretty beefy so fast!! They'll be ready for the freezer end of may.....

Carrots!

Lucy would not eat vegetables for a while now...

But thanks to Macy's new food....Lucy has found a revived love for carrots!

Doesn't matter that they come out of a jar......whatever.....if she'll eat them, we'll supply them!!

jealousy comes in handy sometimes :)

Skiing

On spring break Scott took Lane up to 49 degrees N for his first skiing trip!! Lane LOVED it!! Scott said he did pretty good job and wanted to go by himself, kamakazi down the hill :) That's my boy...

This was the only picture i got from them....none on the hill!!! oh well....next year

Watch out world!

My new toy!!!!! Walks will be so much more enjoyable now that I can strap the girls in, and lane's on his bike!!

Lane taught himself to ride a bike with NO training wheels!!!! Awesome! He's alreay made it around the lake on our family walk once!! we are so proud of him....

Here he is modeling his "dirtbiking" stuff. His "dirtbike" still has training wheels because it's a little harder to ride than the little bike.

Big Bubbles

Check out these sweet bubbles!!!

I found this idea for a bubble maker in my favorite magazine: Family Fun

It took a while to get the hang of it, but once you did, the bubbles were huge!

all you need is two dowell rods ( or sticks would work, i bet)

Wrap some yarn around the edge, then two pieces of yarn between the sticks and there you go!

So Fun!! we're going to make some more to have around!

Lucy thought they were prettty cool.....

they are pretty funny....you can talk to them if you gobble out the window....they will gobble back....it's good times.....but i swear if they keep eating my grass......they're going to be dinner soon

4 year photo shoot

Well i attempted a photo shoot with lane....I say attempted becuase out of 150 photos...there was maybe 10 good ones. :) I'm still learning my camera...so some are a little blurry because i was doing "machine gun shooting" do to the inability of the subject to sit still :)

Oh the magic of a tootsie roll.....got him to get thru the photo shoot...i forgot to wipe it off his mouth though :) Ooops

total lane face right here....laughing :) Cutie....did i mention that he sounds like thumper from bambi when he giggles???? I Love it
