Daddy Date

 Daddy surprised the girls with a date to see the Nutcracker!!  How sweet is that!! They got all dolled up and off they went. They made it MOSTLY through the whole thing without falling asleep and earned a treat afterwards. :) They loved going to see the big theater with a stage!  So fun!

Crazies!!

 Well needless to say, the natives are getting a little restless around here.  WHEN IS CHRISTMAS BREAK!?!?! :)

Gingerbread!

Just because we are homeless, it doesn't mean we can't make gingerbread houses! This is one of my favorite Christmas traditions!  I think the kids would kill me if we skipped it too so.....here we are! Taking over gramma's kitchen to make a mess.......I mean Gingerbread houses!

Concerts

Lucy's then Lane's then Macy's preschool concerts!  SO CUTE!

Bittersweet!

We took the kids to say "goodbye!"  to our house one last time!  It was actually not as sad as I was expecting.  So many memories and love in this house. Scott built it from the ground up and I filled it up with kiddos :)  I am so grateful for all our blessings we've had so far, and really am excited about this new change!!  The kids are unsure, but I think mostly curious about what the hek we are doing!  They are troopers and really good sports so far. Hopefully they will have some fun memories of this time :)

After we said goodbye, we went ice skating!  The lake froze over solid early this year before snow! yippee! I love these years!
