Last Hurrah!

We decided to take one last hurrah at the end of summer.  We rented an RV and drove to the washington coast. It was an experiment to see if an RV is something we want to buy...it was fun, but we decided an RV is not for us. :)   The kids had a blast playing in the sand, and we played in the waves a little bit. The water was freezing, and we only had one sunny day.  But the beaches were beautiful and we found lots shells. It was great to spend some time together before the business of school starts...  I wish summer lasted forever sometimes.

Silverwood!!!

Luke got his first trip to silverwood this summer!  He was just a  LITTLE excited ;)

New Toy

So we have this neighbor, Lane. And he says to me, "Hey I have something for your kids!" I had no idea what it was, but then he brought over THIS!!!! The party barge!!! He found it on the side of the road for FREE! And it just happened to be the VERY Same party barge that had been sitting in my online shopping cart all summer but I just never bought it because it was a lot of money! YAY!  What a blessing!  The kids were thrilled, and it has been a welcomed addition to our beach toys :) Now to see if it will last more than one season!

House updates

Well we have been working hard around here to get the concrete done!  We also have done alot of work on the playground, and Scott has built an AWESOME swing set!!! We LOVE IT
