Date with Gramma and Grampa Phelps

Our Sweet friends Frank and Barb have become like grandparents to our kiddos!  We sure love them and and all the time they spend with our kids!  This summer they decided to take our kids one at a time on dates/ weekends with  Grandparents.  So FUN!  Lane got to go spend the weekend with them, and they went to the mines in Wallace, ID, and the arcade! He had a blast, and some good times.  Thanks, Frank and Barb!!!

Our sweet friends and neighbors said we could come and ride his horses this summer! It was fun getting back in the saddle after stopping lessons a couple years ago! The horses haven't been ridden a whole lot lately so they were getting used to that idea as well. One of them actually rolled with poor Lucy sitting in the saddle! Luckily she was able to jump off and was not hurt. But it was a little scary.  She hopped right back up though and didn't let it get to her too much.  Proud of them for being brave!

Well I DID IT!  I made a garden!!! I think it turned out amazing.....it is so much fun and so gratifying to see all the beautiful things grow!!!  Here it is!
