Independence Day!

Some of our 4th of July festivities.....and the only ones of the day that were photo-documented :)

we don't really buy real fireworks.  We got some poppers and little party hats, called it good and headed to deer park for "real" fireworks!  I love it, and the kids get so excited about anything that makes noise....and a mess.......win win :)

Lane cracks me up.  How can you not smile at this face! hehe

Macy's about to teach this popper who's boss

 Lucy's not sure what's happening :)

The mess

Luke thought the mess was cool too......that is a band-aid on his head BTW....don't ask...:)

 Then pop-its.  Classic

 Luke soaked it all in....

 The pop-it dance

 Family photo....via self timer.....somewhat excruciating....:)

 The boys

Meet the kitties.  These are the survivors of the litter of 8!!!! sadness....

And a little bouncing to end the day....:)  Good times! Love hanging out with the family in our wonderful country. Happy Independence Day!!!

Garden of the Gods

While in CO we visited Garden of the Gods.  It reminded me alot of MOAB UT one of my fav places to play. I was a little limited in my mountain goat like climbing with a baby in tow, but it was still lots of fun, and the kids had fun playing on the rocks

The wedding

I can't believe that my oldest brother is married!!!! Here's some fun from the festivities

My aunt Leslie with baby luke

 Me and my mom!!

My brother Jeff and Macy

Me and my new niece, Catelyn.....she's thrilled :)  haha

My new sister-in-law Stacey!

Dave and baby Luke

My sweet grandma and baby Luke

This woman is AWESOME! :)  we were so happy to see her again!

The BIG EVENT!

I'm not sure what's more amazing....the fact that Dave is married.....or the fact that he allowed pictures to be taken as proof :)

The flower girls....I had to walk down with Lucy because she was pretty shy that day. Macy on the other hand waltzed down the aisle.....stood there for a while, then wandered around alittle....then I heard laughing, and I looked and she was standing RIGHT in the middle of the aisle....blocking the Bride from coming down ....so i had to reach out and pull her out of the way :)

Ah...my favorite part....the decorating of the car......*I* had nothing to do with this....:)  hee hee
