Friday and Saturday Scott and Nick started to put up the logs that hold the deck roof up. They are AWESOME!!! Those two boys are pretty buff cuz some of those logs are pretty huge.
Scott also has some mad chainsaw skills. He notched the bottom of the logs so they hang over the deck. That way when we put the trim on it will look like the logs go all the way thru.
The front of the house. We haven't stripped the logs yet. We probly won't till spring when they're a little more dried out.
Today and tomorrow they'll get the rest of the logs up, and the deck roof on. Wednesday hopefully we'll install our windows and doors :) YAY

The logs look SO GREAT! Your house is coming together so well! My husband Richard always asks "how is your friends' house in the woods coming along" He will be excited to hear about the logs :)
Okay, you're jealous of my piano? I am totally jealous of your wrap around porch. Your house is HUGE, and I LOVE it. Can't wait to see the final pictures. Congrats.
